EVIDENCE GOD WILL USE ON JUDGMENT DAY Visitors to this page might wonder about those who use words to destroy reputations, cause psychological harm, and/or create emotional distress for their victims. (4) More info from Internet copied and shared on BellSouth -- carrie_diane- "...Political Philosophy for James Reesor Davidson County, TN August 5, 1999 Special Smart Voter Political Philosophy for James Reesor Candidate for Mayor -- etc..." (5) False accusation -- carrie_diane- "...JAMES REESOR IS A CONMAN!..." (6) False accusations -- carrie_diane- "...James Edward Peter Reesor is a conman! He is posting the JIGROP website for the MONEY. Yes, people, he is asking for money on his website. .." (7) False accusations -- carrie_diane- "...this is the same guy who flooded my mailbox with spam and caused me to have to delete the account. It locked my mailbox up completely. He deserves what he gets..." (8) False accusations and threats -- carrie_diane- "...ELIJAH! WHAT THE (profanity deleted) DID YOU DO TO MY EMAIL? THIS MEANS WAR YOU SORRY SACK OF (profanity deleted). YOU DO KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS, RIGHT? IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE (profanity deleted) OUT OF LUCK. I  WILL POST EVERY (profanity deleted) THING ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING THE FULL LIST OF YOUR BANKRUPTCY DEBTORS! YOU HAVE (profanity deleted) WITH THE WRONG BITCH! YOUR (profanity deleted) IS MINE OLD MAN!..." (9) False accusations and character assassination -- carrie_diane- "...Elijah has locked up MY mailbox. I can't use the BS addy because of HIM! ...Elijah is a dangerous man... Dangerous to society..." (10) False accusations and threats -- carrie_diane- "...he sent so much spam to my mailbox that it locked up... it could have crashed my computer... The only thing I know to do is start an all out war against him... there are some gullible people out there... Do you ever wonder how many of them send in money? They need to be warned. We know what he's up to. There are people who don't. If I keep even one person from giving this conman money, I've done my job!..." (11) Admits looking for arrest records, insinuates that judge might have sealed “my”records due to involvement of a “minor,” and admits association with “wjhx” -- carrie_diane- "...I didn't find the arrest records, but if they are there, then they are already public record. All court documents are public record, unless the judge seals them. And, the only way they are sealed, usually, is if a minor is involved. Wjhx has resources that I don't have. (16) False accusations -- wjhx- "...No comment from the fraud and crook?...  What about a comment on the drunk and disorderly charge and conviction? ...Maybe you would like to comment on your drunk in public charge, or the resisting arrest charge?..." (17) False accusations -- wjhx- "...Did I forget the charge of possession of a controlled substance?... How about the possession of drug related paraphenalia? ...all misdemeanor offences!!!!!!!!  Still no comment from the criminal??????..." (18) False accusations -- wjhx- "...You have been found out for the fraud you are!!!!!... You are being investegated now for tax fraud and tax evasion. You did not list the monies you conned out of stupid people on your web sites!!!!!..." (19) False accusations and threats – wjhx- "...You are a con man and a self proclaimed prophet!!!!.. And a criminal!!... Should I list your SSN, Phone number, home address, Arrest docket numbers!!!!!... I got it all!!!!!..." (20) False accusations with admission of activities -- wjhx- "...I used the free information to run a criminal check on James Edward Peter Ressor using full name and birthdate....I have also had it cross checked by our legal dept., he is a crook and a con man, as well as a criminal... He has been trashing our mail boxes..." (21) I conceived the acronym “JIGROP” years ago while on AOL. I’ve been using it in hundreds of Internet messages for years. I always encourage Christians to use it as a witnessing tool – without need of permission from me. This is the first time I learned that someone might have had it copyrighted. I tend to believe this is not true, because a “trademark” would make more sense. The question should be: Why would this “wjhx” person be doing research on JIGROP? Is it some kind of attempt to render my use of it illegal? I guess time will tell -- wjhx- "...This is the man with the copyright to jigrop... Name:Andrew Oh-Willeke... Location: Denver, Colorado... Andrew Oh-Wallace, the Wash Park Prophet, is an attorney, admitted to practice in Colorado and New York. He was a mathematics major as an undergraduate at Berlin College.... I do believe he needs to be informed of another false prophet using his copyrighted material for profit..." (This is a lie! See bottom!) (22) Character assassination! This leaves the impression that the false information is correct -- wjhx- "...There is no way in hell our company would hire that maniac with the record he has!!!!!!!!!!!!..." + NOTE: Information on my web sites are open for public evaluation. Voluntary sharing of incriminating facts about my past was honestly revealed by myself. In spite of what "wjhx" has shared about me on the Internet, my so-called “criminal past” was not accurately portrayed. It is possible that mistakes were made during research to find something against me? Regardless, the damage has been done! Since I am not Christ, and since I have made mistakes in my past, the present, and will probably continue to do so in the future, I am perfectly willing to reveal anything – if it is based on facts and not fiction. To be put in the position of defending myself against lies is not a pleasant experience. I say, “Yes, it is true” to bankruptcy – brought on by investments in a old house that was lost through declining property appraisal values in a declining neighborhood. We were pouring money into that rat hole for years before credit cards and other debts became too difficult to handle. I admit to spending a night in jail nearly fifty years ago for opening a bottle of beer in a public parking lot even though not being accused. My three male school friends (bigger guys than me) were a year or two younger. Legally, that made me responsible for “contributing to a minor.” I admit to being arrested for “indecent exposure” years ago even though not being accused. I thought “nudity” was a form of “honesty" when I was younger. I wanted to prove that I had nothing to hide. (Joke) Other than that, all of the false accusations on BellSouth are lies! There is nothing else to dig up from my past to ruin my reputation or prevent me from enjoying a normal life. There are no "crime records" as claimed to substantiate the lies! If there have been investigations because of suspicions about me or attempts to “get something on me” -- past or present -- I have no knowledge of anything other than one on "Music City USA." I’ve never used drugs or committed serious crimes. I'm not a criminal! If I simply ignore the false accusations made on BellSouth, people might assume I am admitting guilt. If I respond with denials, point by point, they might assume I am just trying to lie myself out of trouble. When I gave my accusers permission to put their evidence on message boards to confirm their attacks against me, they never responded. Their fictitious or erroneous sources were not revealed.  Only a lawyer could possibly confront my accusers in an attempt to stop their attacks against me. It would cost everyone involved a large sum of money to pursue justice. Meanwhile, people who like to believe the worse about me will probably not be convinced to change their minds even if I could prove in court that I have been unfairly maligned. So, what is my recourse? What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? I believe it is appropriate to make you aware of this problem by posting a message rather than reporting the incidents as I have in the past regarding insinuated life threats. Considering I am a conservative Christian, a person that uses satirical reverse psychology in some of my messages, a person who attempts to defend President Bush, and a person of controversy because of my Spiritual views, I have many enemies on BellSouth. There have been countless false accusations against me over the months, but I tend to ignore them. What makes this series of incidents less tolerable is the threatening and demeaning way they are presented -- which has caused some gullible people to believe what they are reading. Damage has been done to my reputation beyond repair! It would be impossible to restore my credibility on BellSouth because of inflammatory statements made by -- "wjhx" and "carrie_diane" Their false suppositions based on information readily available on the Internet -- including from my six web sites -- has allowed them to project misinformation based on fallible reasoning processes. Their motivation for attempting to destroy my reputation seems to be horribly misguided. I am wanting you to be aware of this problem that I am experiencing as a result of being one of your customers. I am posting this memo on the 16 major message boards as a way to alert similar offenders of human decency that reputations of persons, families, and organizations are more important in some instances than irresponsible freedom of speech. We can only guess, and guessing can be a dangerous thing. It's like playing Russian roulette with someone's soul, but God knows the heart when we don't. People have given Elijah a hard time on the board today, and it has bothered me terribly. Is he perfect, No! but neither am I. Could He serve the Lord in a more appropriate way? Not a very pretty confrontation, I'll admit. If in fact, you are flooding Carrie's mailbox, then she has a right to be upset. I NEVER send anyone anything in an email, unless they email me first or I apologize for bothering them. I know you are upset about the way you percieve that you have been treated here. You were treated no differently than anyone else...to begin with.
