Who was it telling of great joy to come in the midst of turmoil? Are they not listening
to false prophets who confuse the minds of all persons unwilling to hear truth? So be it, if that is their desire! |
Now is the time for a new seed to be sown. Good Christian friends are the soil chosen to nurture this seed made of a prophetic message in the form of WORDS. This holy seed from God will cause a tree to spring up beside the River of Life, covering the whole Earth with seven large branches. Each large branch will be connected to smaller branches. The unbroken branches growing out of the root will be blessed, receiving fruit in abundance; there will be safety for those who find shelter beneath this tree, and there will be eternal life for those who eat the fruit of it. Even so, many there are who will try to deny this tree a place to grow, wanting to deny it nourishment, and will even try to use sharp instruments to cut off the branches. Infidels who think they can destroy the great power of this tree, believing it is okay to refuse the fruit of it, will be cursed with the Earth under their feet. There is no high mountain or low valley where the many branches of this tree will not cast shadows over the just and unjust. Therefore, stand ready to receive those things promised for the end of days. This is the tree that will stand as a witness when the leaves of it are filled with glorious light coming out of the throne of God from above. |

Distractions & Obstructions By Tennessee Elijah Living the life of a true Christian is never easy! Those who love Jesus never experience perfect days when everything goes exactly as desired. While trying to be effective witnesses for Christ during the struggle to survive in this wicked world, there are distractions and obstructions coming from all directions to impede progress. Christians should always remember that we are on a spiritual battlefield where the forces of good and evil are continuously at war! It’s important to recognize the nature of conflicts when going through challenging experiences. There’s a dividing line with no neutral zones for those who want to escape trouble. Each person on this planet is standing either with God or with Satan. Every person is a soldier who follows the will of a chosen leader. When Christians believe themselves to be conformed to the ways of Lord Jesus Christ, they do their best to influence anyone who perpetuates evil. At the same time, it’s wise to realize that clever opponents to followers of Christ are doing their best to strip away cherished values. It’s the purpose of the enemy to steal peace, kill joy, and destroy faith. Christians must remain vigilant when enemies create distractions and obstructions in an attempt to discourage and defeat the goodness of our intentions. Those of us who identify ourselves as “Christians” are not thought of as a threat to Satan or his demonic followers if we fail to think, speak and behave as Jesus would have us do. When obedient souls set out to accomplish good things for the Kingdom, ungodly people and unpleasant events are encountered more frequently. During Spiritual communications in secret, sacred places, the Holy Spirit comes with inspiration, causing “thoughts” to flow into a restored mind. It’s a good custom to carefully write down words to express what is coming from the Mind of God. Once messages are completed as received – to the best of our human ability – copies should be made to share with others. This imperfect man from Tennessee sincerely believes that holy messages received need to be shared with anyone who might benefit from Spiritual information. We know “one thought always follows another” in our thinking when reading words. And we hope that friends and enemies who are receiving unsolicited communications from us will respond in a variety of ways – explaining why they agree or disagree with the thoughts being expressed. During daily walks in the Spirit, some family members, neighbors, religious leaders, politicians and others might receive our messages with an attitude of gratitude. As time goes by, some people might refuse to believe that written words were inspired by God unless they first witness a miracle to convince them. It’s with regret that a lack of respect has become common from those who claim our God of the Bible has no place in their lives. Like most Christians, this man is a soldier fighting a personal war between good and evil. As days go by, doing good works in wicked places remains my obsession. Frequent phone calls from neighbors interrupt prayer time, family members often cause disturbances, machines malfunction, ill health occasionally limits productivity, and a lack of finances delays the accomplishment of objectives. Strangers on highways where this man travels threaten safety when cars are maneuvered recklessly. Mothers stare when they see me smiling at their children in public places. The words “false prophet” are often used by ministers of Satan who pretend to be ministers of God. And as days progress, there are verbal attacks against my personal credibility, against personal motivations, and against my respect for faith. This man receives an unequal share of rudeness from rebellious souls who seem to enjoy tormenting and diminishing my effectiveness. Even though criticism challenges self-confidence, it only makes dependence on a Bible necessary to confirm what was written. Accusations that destroy a reputation can keep us humble enough to listen when God speaks. Like most Christians, this man is often distracted by people and events which become obstacles to hinder my mission in life. We need to overcome hate with Love! Christians must overcome hostility from angry recipients of our spoken words, letters, e-mails, fax messages, radio programs or TV broadcasts. Lost souls become enemies when their intellectualized misconceptions are challenged. Truth easily offends those who are made aware of sins against the Laws of God. In spite of everything others choose to do in an attempt to discourage Christians, it is best to keep thinking good thoughts, pray to the heavenly Father, read His Holy Words – and continue to distribute “Good News!” Christians must never allow themselves to be prevented from doing good works! When encountering a distraction or obstacle, we need to recognize it as something the enemy has caused to keep us from fulfilling God’s purpose! Whomever or whatever it is that causes grief, confront the problems with confidence. “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:3&4 This man forgives those who steal, smiles at those who frown, laughs at those who mock, responds with silence when falsely accused, prays for those who curse – and to those who despise, Truth, Love and Beauty is shared whenever possible! Forgive me as I forgive you! |
