EWNR – A silly speaker of fictional parables said, "Anonymous Volunteers were meeting for the first time at the magnificent Opryland Hotel located in Music City USA. The folks were under police protection, according to Press Release reports circulating among media moguls who were covertly attending the controversial mini-conference incognito. Infamous prophet Tennessee Elijah made a surprise appearance, speaking before a jeering group of supporters after the abrupt departure of television crews who
had been broadcasting the event prior to his unexpected arrival."

According to unconfirmed, unsubstantiated rumors, "TEVolDARMA has published a condensed version of the program transcript over her colorful web site. It contains Elijah's humorous remarks to the conservative FOX NEWS reporter -- TEVolunteerSAM. Other Volunteers who were present
are now sharing information with startled associates in all nations via email campaigns. Current speculation by outside political interest groups led to confidential remarks being coyly made while using prophetic terms
in various public places in reference to irregular clandestine Christian activities in places where sinners are refusing to repent of sins."

In the interest of citizens who are seldom concerned about the reasons for Elijah's mission on Earth, the silly speaker of parables continued to explain: "TEVolANN from Bismarck, North Dakota, has volunteered to organize a personal easy-to-understand E-mail campaign for the purpose of alerting infidels in San Francisco, California, that opposition to Christians by the general public -- as well as local heathenistic government officials -- has reached the peak of God's tolerance. That Golden Gate city where recent warning from prophets have not been heeded has become the source for corruptible influences throughout American society. Before the potential end of complacency on Earth can be brought to a halt through water, wind and fire in that city where iniquity abounds, every Christian who can read simple English words has been authorized to reproduce Elijah's messages between now and July of 2007. Please be sure to send copies of the 'USA VISIONARY SCENARIO' in all languages and dialects to every politician in America and at the United Nations in New York."

USA VISIONARY SCENARIO

(1) Mass Exodus: All citizens of the United States have been instructed to evacuate foreign territories and return to their homes immediately -- or no later than May of 2007. Professional or personal connections with those
of other nations will be maintained only through Homeland Security Communications & Trade channels upon registration.

(2) Border Zones: Twenty thousand mean troops will be assigned to Homeland Security Border Zone Management. Implementation of
BZP units will require border closings with enforced zero access during transitional phases. Minimum 1000-yard-wide national boundaries will
be protected by a combination of remote-controlled land mines, electric chain-link fencing, radar sensors and armed Veteran Patrols. Warning
signs written in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, German and French
will be posted at all border intersections.

(3) Citizen USACards: Notification of USACard registration
requirements for all inhabitants of mainland America will begin the
process of qualification needed to avert deportation. Domestic lifestyles
and interstate travel privileges will be maintained and preserved only
upon proof of voluntary cooperation.

(4) International Commerce: Domestic and foreign trade will be restricted to revised treaties and contracts -- designed to enable balanced participation among nations that voluntarily assure smart-product quality controls, international shipping schedules and tamper-resistant cargo carriers.
U.S. involvement will be supervised and secured by designated military representatives -- or their assigned comrades from other nations.

(5) Isolation of Enemies: A functioning community for idiots will be created in Alaska to accommodate those who break American laws. Upon conviction of a felony or a treasonous act against society during public trials, guilty persons will forfeit all of their rights as American citizens and then be transported off the mainland. Personal survival among inferior peers will depend upon their instinctive, animalistic ability to conform to existing wildlife circumstances. Resources will be provided to assure limited opportunity for survival under less than ideal circumstances.

(6) New American Priorities: National Security, Shelter, Health, Morality, Easy FREE Education, Creativity, Productivity, Cheap Lifestyle Options, Social Interaction, Spiritual Contemplation, Recreation, Entertainment --
and Freedom of Thought, Speech and Action -- all in the pursuit of contentment through Truth, Love and Beauty.

(7) Let the American Revolution begin! Begin Internet media campaigns
to emphasize the superiority of people who are 7 years-of-age or younger and 70 years-of-age or older. These members of American society need to
be honored and identified as the "Elite." Our citizens who are 8 years-of-age through 69 will become known as the "Majority Providers." Elijah's "7/70 Plan" will motivate citizens to use personal talents and natural resources effectively as everyone works together to begin transformation of idealistic dreams into tangible realities. Life on Earth in the future will evolve into a harmonious blend of joy, contentment and prosperity. No innocent child or mature adult will be left behind to suffer all by themselves!

Children, just as the biblical prophet Malachi promised, God has sent Elijah to Planet Earth. The Spirit of Elijah was put into the body of James Reesor at his birth in 1938.

Children, the Holy Spirit came to James in 1974 to tell him that he was Elijah. In 1982, the Elijah Proclamation was broadcast over WNAH Radio in Nashville, Tennessee. A few people who heard that program started making references to James as "The Man from Tennessee." He is now remembered by many people in the world as "Tennessee Elijah."

Children, most people do not understand how God can put a Spirit in the body of a person. There are reasons why people are ignorant and deceived about many things we know to be true. Since Elijah's Spiritual birth cannot be proven scientifically, we need faith to believe that Elijah is a true prophet sent by God. We need to think of this as a miracle.

Children, since God is very powerful and has made Life on Planet Earth possible, we should show honor to Him and His chosen prophets. If we want to show honor to God and Elijah, now would be a good time to become a "volunteer" like other people have done. Plan to share Elijah's messages by email, and on Internet message boards. If you love Jesus, and believe that He is coming soon, this would be a wonderful way to encourage your friends to repent of sin. They need to ask Jesus to come into their hearts if they want
to go to Heaven someday.

Children, we all need to make up our own minds about what is right or wrong, good or bad after we have prayed during secret communion with God. There are many foolish people who do not believe in God or Elijah.
We should just ignore them when they try to tease us or make rude remarks about us because we are Christians.

Children, be happy and be safe until we all come together in the Kingdom
of God – where we will live together as One with our eternal Master forever and ever!
